January is typically a slower sales month on the island, and this level of activity is normal. The sales included a Mariners Cay condominium for $225,000, a small beach cottage for $337,500, and a new luxury townhome in the Preserve at the Clam Farm for $475,000. It was nice to see someone choose this neighborhood which has some momentum going forward.
